TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) All advertisements must be prepaid.
2) Site adverts are posted on the first of the month. Site adverts and payment must be received one working week prior to the beginning of the month that you wish your advert to appear.
3) Please review and proofread your advert carefully. We are not responsible for errors in your advert. We will provide two free changes to your advert per contract duration.
4) Payment can be made in one of three ways: Electronic Bank Transfer, PayPal, or by Check (Cheque) sent by UPS or other secure delivery service.
Details on where to send payment will be provided in your advertising contract.

Sales Agreement
General
MortgageSaverCenter.com will display client advertising banners, buttons and web pages according to the current rate card. The client agrees to a tacit acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed in this agreement.
Banner Density
MortgageSaverCenter.com will make a good-faith effort to keep advertising banners separated vertically by at least one text line free space margin, when viewed on a screen with normal resolution.
Changing Banners
Whist the contracted sales’ agreement is in operation:
• MortgageSaverCenter.com will make client requested changes within five business days of the request being received, on the condition that the banner graphic is already available. If the client is requesting a customized banner, then this will take up to seven business days to implement, at an additional cost to be agreed with the client
• Each Request must be confirmed in writing
Payment
MortgageSaverCenter.com will submit an invoice by e-mail to the marketing contact person, or to a designated billing person.
Payment is due within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Please note that all payments must be received before banner design work can be started or banner adverts be displayed. Please allow up to 5 working days for electronic bank transfers to be effected.
Cancellations and Refunds
The Client may cancel their advertising agreement at any time subject to the following refund policy:
• A processing fee of US $50 or GBP £30 will be deducted from the refund
• No refunds for the first 12 month period. Full months remaining thereafter qualify for a 50% refund
• Setup fees and graphic design charges are not refundable
MortgageSaverCenter.com™ may cancel the agreement if:
• Payment is not received on time
• Necessary marketing materials, such as banner graphics, are not received in a timely manner
• A significant portion of our audience complains that the client’s web pages contain objectionable or deceitful material
• The client is in breach of any of the other terms and conditions
Warranty
There is no warranty given or implied by MortgageSaverCenter.com™ regarding the display of client advertising.
Disclaimer
MortgageSaverCenter.com accepts no liability for the failure of this website to display client advertising due to situations beyond its control, including but not limited to; internet server error or failure, computer hardware error or failure, computer software error or failure, mechanical problems, electrical problems, human error, acts of war and terrorism etc.
MortgageSaverCenter.com accepts no liability for any alterations to client advertising due to unsolicited malevolent acts by website hackers.
Dispute Resolution Procedure
Any Disagreement that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved by an independent adjudicator, appointed by MortgageSaverCenter.com and the judgment given thereafter will be binding upon both parties.
